- The possibility of sellers wanting or needing to sell by year end can create urgency on their part, which could be advantageous price wise to a qualified buyer
- Mortgage interest rates are currently favourable
- For buyers wanting to take possession before Christmas, there are numerous vacant home options. As of November 20, 31.5% of Detached homes listed were actually vacant!
